Message	was reversed from front to back on the left and right side. Example DS front would be E5 and PS front would be E1. But even if this is the case the others would still be interchangeable. Sorry but I am not sure if they are interchangeable or not. I would have the camshaft journals measured and try to match as close as possible. Have you contacted a machine shop to ask their recommendation? Cheers,
